Forgot to add that Ripuarian is a dialect of German
That language was for a moment in the official Crowdin language list, but it's vanished again..
When submitting duplicate translations, there pops "already" a warning up.
Or even more simple:
Tanslators see by default only the comments of their current language, but can enable to see the other language's comments too.
But translators / proofreaders of other languages often participate on discussions in foreign languages. This is a major advantage which outperforms the major disadvantage of being cluttered.
When discussions about single translations in a certain language tend to grow too large, simply open a discussion thread, post a comment in the translation comment "Please discuss here <link to the discussion thread>"
Thank you, we are already planning to implement this feature soon. There should be a button in project’s description (it would be available on project manager’s demand).
Maybe the discussion topics should be editable for a short amount of time, lets say one day or so.
