Automatic build

It would be great to have an option on Crowdin projects so translations would be built once a day, of course after checking that new translations are available.

At the moment, translators have to wait that Project managers manually build the translation, via the web interface, or via the API. This is not fair, e.g for Open Source projects, or .po files: users should be able to download and use the files directly, or soon after translating.

Of course, developers can set a CRON job with the API command on their Continuous Integration. But it would be great to provide an integrated automatic build!

I'm not sure what's involved in build process, but as a user I don't really want to know details - I want current approved translations to be downloaded. Perhaps it's best to hide build and invoke it internally as required?
